As part of our efforts to ensure ease of governance and taking governance to the grassroots in every taluka, we held a video with Collectors and various Mamlatdars via video conferencing on Monday evening. This is the first step in connecting with the officers on the ground.
In the coming days, we will use this same video conferencing technology to reach out the remotest of villages in Goa and assist people in easing their problems. Through this initiative we aim to give better quality output of services to the people through e-governance and ensure a timely delivery of these services.
